What it is
This vial combines two peptides. Ipamorelin mimics ghrelin and signals the pituitary gland to release growth hormone. CJC-1295 without DAC (also called modified GRF 1-29) is a short-acting version of growth-hormone-releasing hormone. Together they encourage your body's own growth hormone pulses.
What the research shows
Both peptides raise growth hormone levels in short-term studies, and they're often paired because they act on two different signals. Long-term outcome research in people is limited.
How it's used
Ipamorelin / CJC-1295 is commonly supplied as a 5.0 mL vial at 1.0 + 1.0 mg/mL. A typical dose is 100 / 100 mcg (10 units), injected under the skin, at bedtime. Your prescriber sets your exact dose and schedule.
